Governor Caleb Manasseh mutfwang (Esq.) of Plateau State has promised tackling insecurity in the state.
The Governor, who has just been sworn in some hours ago, made this statement in his speech shortly after his Inauguration Oath and signing of oath, which held at the Rwang Pam Township Stadium, Jos.
Mutfwang noted with great concern that the level of insecurity in the state which according to him has portrayed plateau in a bad light to the other worlds.
He promised taking proactive measures to end the the menace through reviving the state operation rainbow.
Other critical sectors the governor intends giving attention to are; State educational, health sectors, and workers welfare.
Caleb Mutfwang’s administration will diversify the economy by giving proper attention to Agricultural sector and commerce.
To burst the state revenue base through commercial activities, Mutfwang also promised empowering the youth in different critical sectors, such as technology and creative industry.
The governor vow completing the abandoned Zaria road stadium which was long initiated over two decades ago.
The governor was sworn-in alongside his Deputy Hon. Josephine Piyo who was earlier administered an of office by the state chief Judge, Justice David Mann.
